Caffeine reduces your feelings of fatigue which can add a boost to your day to day routine. Caffeine comes in many forms including coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, and even some foods such as chocolate or energy bars.
Pick your choice of caffeine (coffee, tea, soda, energy drink, food item) and slowly ingest the caffeine over a long period of time so that its effects can be maximized. If you are drinking caffeine, be sure to sip water with it so that you do not become dehydrated.
Caffeine is a chemical called trimethylxanthine that binds to the adenosine receptors in your brain causing cell activity to speed up. This is what makes you feel less tired. Caffeine also releases dopamine which is a chemical that contributes to pleasure.
