Description

Unlike traditional saunas which work by heating the air around you, infrared saunas work by using infrared lamps to heat your body instead. While the traditional sauna is generally heated between 150F - 180F, infrared saunas offer a cooler alternative, operating between 120F and 140F.

Because an infrared sauna is cooler, you are able to use the sauna longer and experience a more penetrative heat and intense sweat.
