Definition

Lavender oil is one of the most popular essential oils available. Studies show that it can improve your hair, skin, and mood. Aromatherapy is the most common way lavender oil can be used. The molecules inside it react with your nose to improve your mood, reduce stress, and decrease anxiety.

Lavender oil has also been shown to be good for your skin. Applying pure lavender oil to your skin or hair without diluting it can result in extreme allergic reactions. If you are applying it to your skin, mix two drops of lavender oil with two drops of tea tree oil and two tablespoons of coconut oil.
