Tips

  • Be sure to rinse your dry brush after every use and air dry - preferably in a spot with sunlight so you can avoid the build up of mildew.
  • Clean your brush with soap and water once a week.
  • Do not share your brush with others.
  • Move the brush in a clockwise motion when brushing your skin.
  • Do not brush over the same area more than twice. Doing so can cause irritation
  • Consult a doctor if you have skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema as dry brushing may do more bad than good.
