Description

Eyesight training consists of exercises to help ease eye strain and help your eyes feel better. There is very little scientific evidence suggesting that eyesight training can improve your vision, however, eyesight exercises have been proven to combat eye strain. Though eyesight training cannot improve conditions that already exist such as astigmatism or glaucoma, they can help with eye irritation.
